El Bananero

Bananas. Rum. Habanero. Someone was having a good day when they thought of this.
We took bananas, added rum because we're adults who make good decisions, and threw in habanero because "tropical vacation" shouldn't mean "boring." The result? A chutney that tastes like a beach party where someone started a fire. Literally.
Spread it on toast for breakfast with regret. Spoon it over ice cream and watch vanilla question its life choices. Pair it with cheese and pretend you're sophisticated while your mouth does a happy dance.
Dessert chutney? Dinner chutney? Yes.
